There may be a number of reasons. First, check to see if your I.Q is fully charged. If so, ensure that the pod is properly making a connection with the contacts within the port insert. In the case that neither of these is the issue, please contact our support team @ +44 0161 504 0200 and describe the issue in detail so that we may better assist you.
All of our I.Q products come with something known as “Over Use Protection”; this prevents the battery from experiencing massive power loss and dry burn. After 10s of continual use, the LED will flash to alert you of this. It will cease operation momentarily however, you may resume use once flashing has stopped.
Check the connection to your USB and make sure it is properly connected. Once this is done, ensure that your devices’ LED light is operable. If not, there may be an issue with the power source/outlet that it is connected to. If this is not the issue, contact our support team @ 909.839.5397 so that they may better assist you.
This does happen, but it shouldn’t occur often. If you’re experiencing heavy amounts of spit back while vaping, inspect the pod in question by removing it from the battery and taking a moderately strong dry pull from the pod itself. If the liquid is drawn to the surface and outside of the pod, dispose of it and contact support about the experience (note which device). In cases of receiving spit back from a CLOSED pod, remove the pod from the battery and check the fill level. At times, when the pod is over-filled, the force of a draw may pull the e-liquid to the top and the liquid may pass through the drip tip. If none of the preceding information proves helpful, please contact support with details of this issue for further assistance.
Most of the time, pods will have a bit of leakage. This is found more frequently in OPEN pods rather than disposable closed pods. If this occurs with a CLOSED pod of ours, please inspect your said pod in full to see if there is an opening through which e-liquid could seep out. If not, and the problem persists, contact support for further assistance. If this occurs with an OPEN pod, check for any over-filling. This happens often and is the number one reason for leakage. If this is not the issue, nor the former, please contact support.
